Michael Hadley was born with basketball flowing through his veins in Elkhart, Indiana. Hadley has played, coached and refereed basketball for 30 plus years and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Michael is alumni of North Carolina Central University, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Recreation Administration. Michael began his coaching career at Laurinburg Institute Prep, leading them to a championship as well as winning the Alaska High School shoot-out in the same year. He has also coached and was the Head of Player personnel for the Michiana Monarchs ABA team from 2014 – 2016. In 2017 Michael was found running his own traveling basketball team, QC Soul and also assistant coached for Pure Prep Basketball Academy. To expand on his passion for helping youth, he accepted a job working at Arrowhead Residential Facility, where helped “at risk” youth become productive and responsible young adults through counseling, education and social services.
